The Hall effect proximity sensor is based on the Hall effect and is an integrated sensor composed of a Hall element and its auxiliary circuits. Hall sensor is a kind of industrial automation technology that is widely used in industrial production, transportation, and daily life.

The Hall effect proximity sensor, also known as the Hall sensor, is a transducer that converts a changing magnetic field into a change in output voltage. The Hall sensor is first used to measure the magnetic field. In addition, it can also measure the physical quantities that generate and affect the magnetic field. For example, it is used for proximity switches, Hall, position measurement, speed measurement, and current measurement equipment.

In the simplest form, the sensor acts as an analog sensor and directly returns the voltage. With a known magnetic field, the distance to the Hall disk can be set. Using multiple sets of sensors, the relative position of the magnet can be inferred.

The current passing through the conductor generates a magnetic field that changes with the current, and the Hall-effect sensor can measure the current without disturbing the current. The typical structure is to integrate it with the winding core or permanent magnet next to the conductor under test. .

Generally, a Hall-effect proximity sensor is connected to a circuit, allowing the device to operate in digital (on/off) mode, in which case it can be called a switch. Common equipment in the industry, such as cylinders, are also used in daily equipment.

For example, some printers use them to monitor paper shortage and open cover. When the keyboard is required to be highly reliable, Hall sensors are also designed in the keys.

The Hall voltage varies with the strength of the magnetic field. The stronger the magnetic field, the higher the voltage, and the weaker the magnetic field, the lower the voltage. The Hall voltage value is very small, usually only a few millivolts, but through the amplifier in the integrated circuit, the voltage can be amplified enough to output a strong signal.

If a Hall IC is used for sensing, it is necessary to use a mechanical method to change the magnetic field strength. The Hall effect is close to being applicable to machine tool equipment, textile industry, workshop assembly line, express industry, chemical industry, auto repair industry, etc.

Our Hall-effect proximity sensor uses pure copper wire, which is strong and durable, with strong tensile strength, and is not easy to break. It can detect magnetic objects within 10mm, clean, accurate, and quick response. Adopt ABS probe, sensitive response, built-in intelligent sensor chip, fast frequency response, strong anti-interference. LED signal indicator, when a metal object is sensed, the light is always on and the light is normally off, and the detection is accurate.
