ZQ3 automatic transfer switch, which integrates switch and logic control, does not need external controller, and truly realizes electromechanical integration. It has the functions of voltage detection, frequency detection, communication interface, electro-pneumatic and mechanical interlock, and can realize automatic, electro-pneumatic remote and emergency manual control.

The operation is realized by the logic control board managing the operation and operation of the motor and gearbox with various logic commands. The motor drives the switch spring to store energy and instantly release the acceleration mechanism, which quickly turns on the breaking circuit or switches the circuit, realizes safe isolation through obvious visible state, and greatly improves the electrical and mechanical properties.

Scope of application

The ZQ8 automatic transfer switch is mainly used for AC 50Hz, rated voltage AC380V, rated DC voltage 220V, rated current from 100/K3200/K in the distribution or motor network, one main and one standby or each other’s standby power conversion system, and negative load conversion of commercial power and generator set. At the same time, it can be used to isolate circuits and lines that are not frequently switched on and off.

Products are widely used in power transmission and distribution systems and automation systems in important power supply places such as fire protection, hospitals, banks, high-rise buildings, etc.

  1. Adopt double-row compound contacts, horizontal pulling mechanism, micro-motor pre-energy storage and microelectronic control technology to basically realize zero arcing (without arc extinguishing cover).
